Dance with timeA Poem by andrew mitchell
Keeping steps with time
One has to quicken one's steps. From birth, a slow waltz: Slow, excited, unsteady, unsure. From youth to adulthood, the tango: Frantic, wild to sultry, smooth. As time, flies by quickly The quick step quickens As life lessons.... until That day, beyond middle-aged The slow waltz returns; Slow, unsteady, unsure. The steps one takes To keep in touch In life......Time Awaits for no-one. From dancing with her barefoot To dancing with her in high heels Hold tight, don't slip, Quicken your step!! And Don't step on her toes!! If you want a longer life expectancy!
