"Shackled thoughts chained to walls" love these lines and it's so true. Once certain thoughts get into our head, they seem to stay forever, constantly taunting us.

We kind of do, when we choose to be positive and think positively, usually those negative thoughts can be thrown out. I know easier said then done though sometimes.
