Hi Andrew. A very definitive description of a person you so obviously care for. Loved the flowing lines and the way you never struggled to find the right words. It all fell into place, telling me this came from your heart. Loved it!is a lucky lady, I think, alf! She
Ohh wow!! I absolutely love this!! Nothing else but an adoring piece. The description is tantalizing and so playful. Each picture etched in memory, makes the reader want to meet this woman :)
I love the way you employ repitition in your writing Andrew. Its not overbearing - it is just right (as Goldilocks might say) and each stanza brought a new attribute of the subjects to light - almost made me fall for her.
I would put the 'images of you' (final stanza) at the beginning of that stanza and end with 'Pictures of you' to complete the poem - it sseems that the four lines after 'Pictures of you' in that stanza are outside the write, to me, Andrew.
oh dear - I just realised that BST has just this minute kicked in and I've lost an hour in bed...
Goodnight Andrew - :))
