I SAW AGEA Poem by andrew mitchell
I saw old people the other day;
How their bodies looked tired, old and grey. They were young once as I am today Almost Like I lived their yesterdays. Now a living mass of wrinkles and folds, And just the thought made my blood run cold To think, one day I will be that old. So If yesterday's young and tomorrow's old, If I live today will my age be placed on hold?
