Conversation is all about
Tuning in, tuning out
Pause here, Stop there,
Swapping thoughts you wish to share.
Switching on, switching off
A conversation's taking off.
Comments here, comments there
Ideas disperse into the air.
For processed thoughts are moving out
Into words they leave the mouth.
My words, your words
All waiting to be heard.
Tuning in, tuning out
Is what conversation is all about.
