BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

A Poem by andrew mitchell

So strange to be able to see
When all eyes are closed
To see dazzling images
Of dreams which stand alone.
And looking within closed doors
Where outsiders cannot see
And worlds become one
Behind a wall built by me.
So strange to be able to see
When all eyes are closed
like having a second life
On my return from the outside world.

This one's very well-penned. It's short but potent. Great flow and nice choice of words. Keep writing! :-)
