Push N' Pull

Push N' Pull

A Poem by Aziz Luther

You deny the hands that touch,

Yet you reach for the soul that wants.

You deny the feelings that come

Yet you tease, part of you having fun.

You get close while keeping your distance

I only play tyrant because you choose to be resistance

And I enjoy the games futile as they are

Pain for pleasure that's why you stick around

You remind me of the fading Jazz

You simply are not enough

I stop chasing you for about a month

You return to for my heart as the season turns
