Love And Fiery Skies

Love And Fiery Skies

A Poem by Aziz Luther

Fireflies, I'm collecting, looking at fire's eyes.
Super size me so I can look like fire skies,
On the 4th of July, night skies turn bright,
And the stars not the only ones that shine at night.

So look into my eyes,
Tell me if you see a lie,
Because in yours is such disguise,
Can't see past bright, love is in sight.

You may change as July dies,
You may be a lie,
Deceitful under the cracking sky,
I don't know, for now I let happy fly.

Those short lived moments shine so bright like fireflies. They are memorable and worth cherishing.
So is your poem. Thanks for inviting.

Interesting lines, almost like lyrics.

NOTES: In your title, "Love and [Fiery] Skies"
You might want to choose a darker red, just because it's easier on the eyes.
