BRIDGES & WATERFALLSA Poem by Aziz LutherThat special someoneI'll never love like this no more Because I've loved before and let my spirit go Put off the glow for this one girl I know But to the door I was pointed and witnessed the winter falls Heart heated, melted, molded by women Killed and washed away and thrown like old linen Always dodged bullets from those women and met a cool girl She lightened my whole world and let the cool hurl Killed me, killed me softly like Lauren Listened to them tunes when the rest of them were boring Never trusted a b***h before morning They always lie around waiting to lure in I'm not going loco I'd rather go foreign But the one who got me was foreign, kinda looked like Lauren And I can no longer keep the sores in Where them pills I need to be rolling © 2013 Aziz Luther |
