I Find No Pleasure

I Find No Pleasure

A Poem by Aziz Luther

Mama's eyes are full of hope
My mind is stuck thinking of dope
Battles won are the ones that are fought
Even when most do fall short
Of glory, though I've heard stories
Slept thru dreams into a dark morning
Recording, only my life story
On nothing but a pen, paper and a memory
I forget who I gotta be no one serves a reminder
No one sees my past I can only go back rewind it
But that remote I cannot find it
Pass I 49ed it
Overthrew blamed em for holding
But know better that pressure of a giants
Is bigger than that of Goliath
Winners keepers, losers weepers
Finders seekers
