Heart races

Can’t forever keep this secret

We belong to others still

Anticipation of word from you
Consumed by nerves,
Hidden email and phone
Just want to let it all go
And run into your affirming arms
To forever stay and grow

Is it love or fantasy??? After reading this.. almost sounds like two old flames that want to break away from current relationships that have dried up.. to pursue each other.. from one end anyways! Maybe you should both cut the partners loose so that they can have 100% of someone who really wants them. Life is too short to live like this.. I say go for it or reevaluate what you have.. but live! Love is work no matter whose arms you end up in though! Good luck.
