Old Haiku I wrote, submitting for a Haiku contest ;)

You feel a pain deep inside
Yet you can not cry
So you scream and run away

I like the piece but I am not sure that it qualifies as a haiku. A haiku must be about nature, and contain around seventeen syllables with a typical pattern of 5-7-5. It is a good piece overall, and I enjoyed it. I don't think that it is a haiku however.
