I’m Sorry

 

Today the sky is blue with sunshine

Suddenly tomorrow the clouds pour down the rain

It’s just the cycle of life

Today you and I are in heaven

Suddenly tomorrow our acts don’t let us in

It’s just the wave of love

Today you and I are happy

Suddenly tomorrow it’s me who makes your mood turn bad

It’s just stupid things I do but never mean to

 

I know it’s not the first time

You tell me it’s not the last time

But I’d like to say I’m sorry

I’m not trying to find excuses

To explain what I’ve done or said

I just wanna tell you that I’m sorry

 

You know I would never mean to hurt you

How can I when you’re my only one?

But sometimes I do stupid mistakes

It’s just like a reflex, a sudden reaction to an action

I’m trying to be the perfect man for you

I’m trying not to make a single mistake

But just in case if I did a stupid mistake

I’d like you to know that I never meant it

 

I know it’s not the first time
