Hallucinate You

I hide myself from the outside

Secluded from this world

Afraid of stepping out my front door

With these traces of your absence in my heart

 

Traces that turned me into this mad man in love

Turned me obsessed about everything that you are

That I’m beginning to see your face in other faces

 

This made me

Hallucinate you everywhere and anywhere I go

Just like a poor old man

This made me

Call out your name in my days and nights

But no response cause no one is ever there

That is how much I miss you

 

I am walking by the sea

And at my surprise I find you infront of me

All I can see is your back

But I recognize you from your long silky hair

 

And there I scream desperately for your name to turn around

Turn around and let me see your pretty face for one last time

Turn around fast before you vanish on me just like the smoke in the air

 

This made me

Hallucinate you everywhere and anywhere I go

Call out your name in my days and nights

That is how much I miss you

Sometimes, it does come to the point of obsession and more so, when it is unrequited. What is the solution to this? I honestly do not know...
