so we could more things in common.
i tried learning the guitar,
so we could play our favourite songs together.

so i could send you what i'd think you'd enjoy.
i tried to be myself,
so you could fall in love with who i truly was.

despite my efforts, your attention turns elsewhere.

a forest so thick, you'd have to look at it from space to see the whole thing.
