Dark Road

Dark Road

A Poem by Ally

Walking alone on the dark road

No destination intended

Just me and the night

I don't care if it is cold

It is better than feeling numb

I'll keep walking with my head down

I don't need the light

For I don't care what I see

The eyes can be decieving

Let it rain on my parade

It was a small one anyway

You can't hurt me anymore

Cars will keep on passing

They won't care

Who does anyway
