62. YOU'RE CRAZY, FOOLS! CRAAAAAZY!!

*In Acornville*

*The team gathers in the local police station. When Gideon and his crew get there, the first person to talk is Reid. He’s surprised and standing quite close to Jocelyn. He steps away from her a bit when he talks. Just a little bit. It went unnoticed by everyone but amazing Olivia Smith, who watched him with narrowed eyes*

Reid: E-Elle! You came back!

Elle: Just temporarily. Hey, Reid.

Reid: Hi, Elle.

Jocelyn: *clears her throat*

Elle: Oh, sorry. Are you guys the new recruits? *sees the Doctor* I thought there were only four of you?

Me: Yeah, he’s our consultant. He’s my boyfriend. *grins*

Elle: Oh, okay. And you are?

Me: Liv Smith, short for Olivia. Nice to meet you. *extends my hand*

Elle: *shakes it* Nice to meet you too. I’m--

Me: Oh, we know all about you.

Elle: …That’s not creepy in ANY WAY.

Me: No, no, we watched you on television.

Hotchner: Apparently, there was a television show about us where they came from. I know, we’re still confused as well. But they’re good agents, and that’s all that matters. *shakes Elle’s hand* It’s nice to have you back, Elle.

Elle: Nice to be back… Hold on, Hotch, can we talk for a moment?

Hotchner: Sure. *stands outside with her*

Me: *is suspicious* I hope she’s not making a move on my man.

Doctor: Hey!

Gideon: Despite this entrance, we have something to take care of. Morgan?

Morgan: M-me? Why me?

Gideon: Handle her.

*On Gideon’s signal, Morgan holds down Mayisha, and police officers swarm into the room*

Me: What the hell?

Jocelyn: What’s going on?

Megan: Mayisha!

Gideon: I’m sorry, Khan, but we have to take you in for questioning.

Mayisha: WHAT?! WHY?!

Gideon: You’re our prime suspect.

Four of Us: WHAAAAAT?!

Mayisha: YOU’RE CRAZY, FOOLS! CRAAAAAZY!!

*As they take her away, Gideon turns down the hallway. Megan runs after him, exclaiming “Jason!”, and Reid and I chase after them. The rest of the BAU stand behind, looking stunned, doing God knows what*

Reid: *is out of breath as Morgan shuts the door to the interviewing room* You can’t do this!

Morgan: It’s not my choice. I didn’t want this.

Me: You KNEW?

Morgan: Again, it’s not like I had a choice.

Me: Yeah, Mayisha is part serial killer. But she would NEVER hurt any of her friends!

Reid: It’s more likely that she’d kill the person that KILLED her friends.

Me: Yeah! Wait, how do you know about that?

Reid: …lucky guess?

Me: Talk later. *turns back to Morgan* Let her out.

Morgan: No. *folds his arms across his chest*

Me: You can’t be serious.

Morgan: I’m sorry, she’s a prime suspect.

Me: She’s an agent on the team! We need all the help we can get! We can’t waste our time interviewing her when the REAL killer is still out there, roaming free and probably killing my friends! Mayisha’s one of us four, and she’s one of the ones that knows the most about our friends, and who would be the most with serial killer tendencies!

Morgan: I’m sorry, but we’re going to have to do it without her. Besides, what if you’re wrong and she IS the UnSub? We all know how serial-killer-like Mayisha acts.

Reid: What about you, Morgan? When you were in for questioning?

Morgan: That was totally different.

Reid: Different, how? You were innocent, and we needed you to solve the case, and you were in custody.

Me: Reid brings up a good point.

Morgan: It’s not my authority, and that’s it. Now, leave.

Me: But…

Morgan: Leave!

Me: Reid, come on. We better go. *beckons him*

Reid: *sighs* Okay.

*We walk into the other room and stare at the sight before us. Gideon and Megan are kissing deeply. Megan’s fingers are threaded through what little hair Gideon has, and Gideon has his arms around her waist. The two are lip locked, and they don’t look like they’re going to be separating soon*

Reid: *shuts the door quietly, then stares at me* Do you think they saw us?

Me: God, I hope not.

Reid: That was…

Me: …awful.

Reid: I never imagined…

Me: What about the Master?

Reid: Who?

Me: Megan’s boyfriend.

Reid: Megan has a boyfriend.

Me: Oh, this is bad…
