47. In Which Things Go Very Wrong and Gideon and Megan Are Kidnapped

*In Salt Lake City, Utah*

 

*With JJ, Morgan, Jocelyn, Megan, Gideon, and Mayisha*

 

*The aforementioned people are in the car. Morgan is driving, and JJ is riding shotgun. Suddenly, the car comes to a stop*

 

JJ: What’s going on, Morgan?

 

Morgan: I don’t know? *looks down at a flashing light* The screen says the tank is empty.

 

Gideon: *from the back* That’s impossible. I just filled it up.

 

Megan: *from the back* Could someone have cut it?

 

Morgan: We just started driving less than ten minutes ago.

 

Gideon: So we’re within walking distance?

 

Morgan: Yeah, but it’s very hot out.

 

JJ: So what are we going to do?

 

Morgan: I’ll check the tank. *gets out*

 

Gideon: I’ll check the back. *gets out*

 

Megan: I’ll come with you. *gets out as well*

 

JJ: I’ll go--

 

Mayisha: DON’T LEAVE ME HERE ALONE!

 

JJ: Okay, okay!

 

*After a few minutes, Morgan gets back in. As he’s getting in, the three of them here two loud bangs, but they all assume it’s Morgan getting into the car*

 

Morgan: Yeah, the fuel line was cut. Someone wants to strand us out here.

 

JJ: Who would do that?

 

Mayisha: Uh, the UnSub. I bet it’s Mulder and Scully. THEY DON’T WANT ME TO MATCHMAKE THEM.

 

JJ: I highly doubt that.

 

Morgan: Where’s Megan and Gideon?

 

JJ: They went out to check the back.

 

Morgan: No, they didn’t.

 

Mayisha: They’re gone?

 

Morgan: I didn’t see them.

 

JJ: Ugh. *gets out* *finds the back empty*

 

Mayisha: Great. They’re gone.

 

Morgan: The bang…

 

JJ: Someone knocked them out, then dragged them.

 

Morgan: Someone dragged Gideon AND Soul?

 

JJ: It might be multiple UnSubs.

 

Mayisha: Or one EXTREMELY strong one.

 

JJ: I highly doubt that.

 

Mayisha: Then again, Scully and Mulder are here…

 

Morgan and JJ: O.o
