Little Miss LuLuA Poem by S. Allison (Ferrante) SandersonThis poem is for my younger sister, best friend and brain twin. I love her always and miss her company. I am so proud of who she has become!!
My Little Miss LuLu, baby sister and best friend by fate,
My life has been whole since that memorable date, Momma’s death and rebirth prefaced my fright and delight, As God blessed our family with a mold-breaker that night,
Chubby cheeks and cheery bassinet ball dances,
Despite my lack of sleep from the humming and braiding of toes,
Well-thought, sassy demands sparked by sensible views,
Each year as you aged and each day you have taken in,
With your sweet soul of beauty and your heart ever so pure,
