Beauty and Pain

Beauty and Pain

A Poem by Alli
"

Some of life's most beautiful moments are also the saddest ones, and always serve as a reminder of the One who created it all

"
So much beauty
And so much pain
How can they be the same?
Yet here I am, beholding it
The beauty of the world
My eyes see
But the pain of it
My heart believes.
Gazing at the beauty of this world
While holding the pain of it in my heart
So much beauty,
So much pain,
Yet you Lord,
Hold them both,
In the palm of Your hand.
