Nobody Knows

Nobody Knows

A Poem by Allie A

Nobody knows that I can write up a poem
And I can stand out and I'll sing them
Nobody knows I can be so creative
that I can even switch from different perspectives

Nobody knows that I can speak up a language
But my words aren't easy to manage
Nobody knows that I can make up a rap
I can trap all my ideas and put it on a map

Those are things that they don't even see
But what do they all know about me?

Everybody knows that you're avoidant and quiet
And every action you make is hella stupid
Everybody knows you don't have a squad
That's why isolation is a solution to keep you apart

Everybody knows you don't even listen
And your parents are right that you're deaf, no sound glistens
And when there's something wrong that's going on
You want to give a fight but instead you take flight

You're weak and you blame your own life
It ain't right. Get up from the strife!
