Losing love is bittersweet

A True Love’s Loss

 

The loss of a true love is powerful.

 Emotionally it’s exhausting

Devastatingly halting.

A vindictive pain that eats away at the soul

Unrelenting its venom cold.

 

The lost if a true love is heartbreaking.

 Its wounds never heal

Its pain can never be concealed.

Its tears a truthful sadness

The breaking of a heart is madness.

 

The lost of true love is tragedy of the soul. 

A suffocating pain --- a mournful cry

The disparaging ache of a loving heart

is painstaking.

 

So true a love it should overcome all obstacles

Breathe life into a dying heart.

True love should be unconditional

pure and fulfilling.

The loss of a love this true ---- irrevocable heartbreak.

 

The lost of a true love is paralyzing

A heart aching pain --- a shattered existence.

A true love’s loss…

 A powerful tormentor of the soul.
