Loving someone who is connected to another

The Other Woman’s Saga

Trying to hide feelings of inadequacy

He would never know the depths of your insecurity

Daily you struggle to dispense your suspicions

Within the eyes you question his faith

Trying to banish the troublesome thoughts

Being the other woman is not your destiny

You wept yesterday for the hold she has

your eyes cried silent tears.

You mourned the day he will choose her over you

inside your soul you relinquish all fears.

It is said the greatest hold over a man

is to be the mother of his seed.

All believe this is true

A bond not easily broken

A connection two will always share---painstaking.

You ponder …

Can you suffer through the journey?

Can you betray your own soul?

Can you overcome the grief?

Will you deprive yourself love?

Can you sacrifice your own heart?

You question…

Who is this mysterious woman?

What lies within her soul?

Does the love he once had for her

still grasps his heart in its hold?

When will the other shoe drop?

When will she he choose?

The flip side of dating another’s baby daddy

One Day You Will Lose.

Brrr, I am feeling the chill of this write which deals with a age old situation so well done in capturing and expressing the sentiment.
Affairs of the heart can be a trial but if you get affair number one right, loving yourself first, the rest have an odd way of just expanding that love till you get to the point of being able to love without needing it to be returned.
Keep loving and keep expressing, it isn't over till it's over....I will be back to see your work as it's interesting.
