Tombstone of Time

Tombstone of Time

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Legacy of a Wanderer

"

Tombstone of Time

There were sounds of the everlasting

mixing with aural whispers

He drifted into the echo

as wonder gave him the grip to hold

and upon the Tombstone of Time

They wrote "He is of bliss and wonder"!

Your poem seems to be a very creative way to show how time kinda warps more & more as we grow older, sometimes feeling like a tombstone weighting us down, or sometimes a breeze liberating us. Your poem is thought-provoking & very original (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
