near closing

near closing

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

time to dream

"

near closing

eyes creep into somnolent darkness
still except for breath follows its sway
a boogie man may come but i’ll be the last to know
once i turned, felt the motion of the earth,
stars gathering around a dream or two
oh the eternity of it all
i’m near closing so i must bid you
a most pleasant rendezvous
a good night to all!

I feel the journey is coming to an end. But you are validated by your sacrifices day and night. Dreaming for closure and eternity is just hop, skip and jump. Thank you for all.
