Dogwood Drive

Dogwood Drive

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

my residence

"

Dogwood Drive

You may laugh with or at me
A grant of full permission follows
On hearing the bellicose sound of elephants
Mesmerized by the imaginary fish tickling my feet
I feel the fool in full bloom
The daisy’s of my flower intoxicating my senses
Why Al? Where is your head?
You might call it the blackout of Dogwood Drive.

Thanks Jacob!

My backyard woods always call me, wanting me to come into them as though they were the sage of the universe.

Regards,
Al

i want to live in a place like this....wow, actually i do...nothing like living in the woods...away from the hustle and bustle of too much human-ness.
