Shaking My Fears

Shaking My Fears

Shaking My Fears

I write in frosty shivers
The pen shaking its head
It looks back at me
in cold starry stare
Wondering I suppose
how I finish this line
A puff of cold air
A long faded yawn
I’m writing at best
the cold words I hear
Will someone turn the heat up
I’m shaking my fears.

Thanks Emma!

Not my best but I follow each word. Here on Planet Green Lane I have my share of shine.

Regards,
Al

Althought finely laid, your words have such a sad ring of cracked bells., Al.. Perhaps there's need to feel deeper, somehow.

Surely there's warmth in every star that shines above. One just has to.. must.. look longer and harder.
