On the Significance of my own Mind

On the Significance of my own Mind

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

the morning walk

"

On the Significance of my own Mind

Watch the leaves blow in random permutations
Wind roars over the ear ways of my mind
Awed, humbled by its simple action
Leaves on limbs shake on this side of wonder(full)
The surge of a moment lives on in imagination
I follow the steps of Earth taking me in places unknown
I am of park, trees, wind and so much more
It’s the more I can’t explain and here lies
the significance of my own mind.
