Lonesome Day

Lonesome Day

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

To all the sweet ladies!

"

Lonesome Day

Come to me in a frolic of joy
Heads spinning in mountainous waves
Cajoled in a spirit of understanding
We became our own litter in the wind
surfacing our smiles in the morning
of our lives
You held me in tenderness
as a lonesome day

Thanks Magensby!

It's Debra, the love of my life, cajoling an old fart into his youth!

Have no idea what this means or to what it refers but I did like the line, 'You held me in tenderness as a lonesome day'.
