Not sure if Yoga is for me, Alfred!

I tried a little meditation once and that seemed to have some interesting effects, though i never discovered the meaning of life in the course of it!

Whether through Yoga, Meditation, Prayer or any other spiritual pursuit, anything that puts the mind and body at peace must be useful.

I enjoyed the write. Just don't throw your back out! Those Yogic postures are a contortionist delight!
