Here I Am

Here I Am

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Where?

"

Here I Am

Here I am naked of word
My breath settling on a calm sea
I float on an isle of dreams
Waking to find only another dream
So I slumber on
My breath, my nakedness of word
following me down the depths of tomorrow.

Thanks Jacob!

I never thought of it in that way but it does sound interesting. I wonder when language evolved mankind forgot about sound and the making of sound. Perhaps there is something to it. I know when Lisa Gerard makes sounds they are incredibly beautiful.

Regards,
Al

wow, maybe you have created a new concept...

if we can get rid of the need for words....then all that would be left is to embrace the feelings...

strip ourselves of vowels and consonants...of stanzas...

and just live our themes...
