On a Dream Wheel

On a Dream Wheel

I've turned and I am turned
in a revolution of daily affairs
Debbie the women I so admire
She's spinning me on a dream wheel fair
casting my imagination in the bosom of her smile.

We gather ourselves in a forest thin
Our puppies racing to the youth of their own
Our words settle into vibrations of Earth
As we turn to each other as anticipation waits
Waits until another day spins our way.

Thanks Carolynn! She has 2 dogs like me. I took an immediate liking to them. Luke is 15 years old; Bounce 1 year old.

Regards,
Al

love anticipation...and really like "the bosom of her smile"

that is place to feel safe for sure...
i like the puppies racing to youth of their own...it reminds of an elderly couple being rejuvenated and feeling like young pups again.

This is really nice Alfred - day to day life with someone you love - what could be better? :)
