Dreams in the Alphabet

Dreams in the Alphabet

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

can u spell dream

"

Dreams in the Alphabet

There comes a time when we must all brave the alphabet

find letters that embrace those enchanting and sordid souls.

their will be curves to be sure,

then again, upright, almost reaching the sky like the small l

you can call out the words that find you in the alphabet garden

be sure though you understand their implications

hope, that springs eternal, find the dream spelled in your heart.

The quest for meaning in a world and psyche that is ever-shifting is a continual one … just when you thing you got the words write … they shift and dissolve. Deep and beautiful, Alfred:)

i like the idea of visiting the alphabet garden and letting the words find us....seems that is how it is for me when i write poetry...

i don't go looking for them....they just come....and there are implications...i understand that part of it.

What a lovely description of the alphabet to a garden with different types of fruits, colors and tastes. Also dreams can be fruits of our conscience and subconscious based on events, memories and visions. And excellent write, sir....:)........
