Knowing Each Other

Knowing Each Other

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

hello moment

"

Knowing Each Other

In the aftertaste of thought
I return to your smile
Fulfilling the need of my eyes
Fulfilling the needs of the my heart
But what shall time render to a love
in the ascensions of ourselves
If not the moments when we know each other.

Hi Kelly!

They gave me the card for my birthday. I start volunteering on Monday! Thank you love!

Cards are the best mail, next to getting flowers. How wonderful it must have been to feel thought of, and remembered in such a tangible way!

I received a card from friends at Good Shepherd Rehab. "Each Day I Know You" it struck me in the most pleasant way. I felt as a glow had lit me up.
I think this is where the poem was influenced. Thanks!

that is what is important...the moments when we know each other...that is fulfillment...and if after the meal of friendship or love we can still have that aftertaste that produces a smile...that is important, most important.
