Witness
A Poem by
Alfred Kukitz
the effect of poetry
After Witnessing “Eye of the Needle”
she moved in midair
the gesticulations of her body
caused a spiral intonation
grace could be said only in the eye’s view
even an idiot could be awed
the poet though would melt into his awe
carried somewhere only his soul knows.

Good Morning Alf,
I am somewhere in your camp on this one. A poem drifts into you and suddenly you lay claim to an inspiration response. Thanks!

Really illustrates the power the creative mind, and subsequently, the act of creation. I like it a lot, keep it up!

Thanks Pryde!
it's a real pleasure satisfying someone's mind when I know what an intellectual mind visited me.

It is those moments when the words capture something so clearly and as never thought of before that makes it all worth it … extraordinary write.
