Soul & MeA Poem by Alfred Kukitzlooking for nowhere
Soul & Me
I could sift through my eyeballs, maybe find a lie or two, Wonder, always wonder, if the eyes were the doorway to the soul, Where was the soul's geographic location? I soon couldn't find it, Became interested in throwing my body away, Damn.......if you can't find soul what good is it anyway. I look tomorrow, find some soul, Invite it for diner, waltz it around the neighborhood. © 2015 Alfred Kukitz |
