I'm trying an exercise suggested by Sean Kernan. I think it may have opened me up to this poem.
As always thanks, you are a peach of a women in word and beauty.

That final scene in Casablancca where Rick & police officer walk off into the end of the movie and Rick says
"Louie this is the start of a great friendship" that's how I think of you SAMI.
The in between moments are often the most delightful and enlightening if we can just make ourselves aware of them. It is not an easy thing, but you seem to have achieved it here, Al. Lovely job!
A silence among the window, (in the quiet of one's mind spending time with the soul)
A day & night sky, (when all is equal, balanced in the world - still not too dark to see)
I'm nestled in myself (self reflection free from external stimuli)
finding my baby's mind. (discovering thoughts of infancy - the first sounds, smells, images)
Full of awareness, (innocent and ready to travel life - all senses heightened)
Full of the beginning of all things. (the genesis of one's life - post birth)
A wonderful introspective piece Al. I offer my quiet applause as not to disturb you as you spend time 'In a silent window'.
