The Struggle for Existence

The Struggle for Existence

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Helping the less fortunate

"

You could carry a hundred men and women
Carry them on your soul's back
Cruelty never met you,
It's stupid in its own way.
Light candles for their cruel existence
A pack of Lucky 's to soothe the day
Introduce them to a smile
If only for a minute or two
Walk with them while your
Eyes are drowned in doom.

I have the warmest feelings when you visit Sami. It's as though your words play with my soul's musical strings. Thank You so much!

Life is continuous struggle. It can be cruel sometimes for a lot of people or veterans. An excellent write...:).
