Getting to the Moon

Getting to the Moon

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

When can I fly in the universe?

"
I've moved an inch in my solitude
Time's tentacles fastened me to the self
Words, action scramble upon the inner walls of being
I want to move a mile or more and find myself
On the other side of the moon.

I believe Mars needs to be explored...but I would love the opportunity to go to the moon! Round trip, of course!
