Raven's Poem

I tell you you are beautiful. You are never told this enough

Beautifully amazing; you are graced with angelic touch

Though it seems that you have been told this times too few

I take this time to tell a princess of her beauty so true

 

You are gorgeous and you are much more than this

Truly divine. The touch of Eternity is upon your lips

And I tell you this because of the complements you hear

The words "You are truly beautiful." must reach your ears

 

You are a symphony of beauty; you are Perfection's melody

I could tell you this every day if it was needed of me

Though we both know that you are far from the usual

You are incredible, you are angelic; you are more than just beautiful

 

The words I say are said for no reason but you need to know

I hope that as you read this a smile is ready to show

I call you an angel out of honesty; never out of hope of gain

But the words of the wise say an angel needs no name

 

They say angels only need beauty beyond compare; I know this is untrue

For I know an angel named Raven; I know an angel as you

I could say this by the hour and it wouldn't be too much
