Kiss Of Death

Kiss Of Death

A Poem by AlisshalovesBrandon

A soft kiss on the lips
A brush of a silky hand
A whisper in the ear
Hair falling down
Being brushed back
Heart racing
Knowing what will happen
Knowing how many seconds left to live
Hating the person i am forced to spend them with
Loving every second i am alive
Envious of the people outside the doors
Living,Breathing,Dying
All that I've been good for
Is to take up space
A Worthless,Lifeless,Hopeless corpse

You had me right up until the end when it spun downward for me. I was hoping for, (selfishly I suppose) that you'd spin into a smile and into the light. But, that's just me, I still enjoyed this one and a couple of your other offerings too. Quite a unique little style you have.
