My Will.A Poem by Tinotenda NyevedzanaiPoem - ATC
My last will and testament,
Put on your sunglasses please. I don't want my body to go to waste Now that my spirit is free. I wonder what it takes to be a morgue man Evil within the law perhaps? I hope so I wouldn't want some nincompoop squirming over my grated body parts. Take all my organs they'll save lives, Take my teeth, my hair and my eyes. You'll see me lying there Well the flesh puppet that was me, My skin covered in ink, in scars
In years of memories. I wonder if the morgue man can read My individual story, That's if he even cares. So many pass before him now It's as if we were never there. As far as my belongings go They're only pretty collections that caught my eye, I don't care who gets what and what goes where I doubt there'll be any money to leave behind. My written words are scorched though You'll find them here and there I hope that those who need them most will catch sight of them in the air. Don't shed a tear over a chicken carcus Please breathe the peaceful release. A life led experiencing the universe Mr Morgue Man look inside my mouth and see Krishna's beauty. © 2015 Tinotenda NyevedzanaiFeatured Review
