What You Can't Have

He knew what he wanted and I knew what he couldn't have  

long ago  we wanted each  and after moments of just wanting and not having we grew apart

words were never said, reasons for what happened between us were never made, and I never was at peace. So in the end we knew what  wanted and I knew what I would have.
