Left of Limbo

Left of Limbo

A Poem by Alisa Js

I am here again
stuck in the middle of this never ending scene
inside my dream
with you,
always you

finding myself craving
the touch of your tenderness
and
open arms,
wanting to believe this could be
and yet, I wait
for still another day

around this limbo of nothing-ness
knowing if I move one step,
everything changes.
open doors still ajar
streaming in from outer lives

with you by my side
time would hide among buttercups
lazy days fade as mere memories
slowly rise and we
would skip off against those diatribes
smashing as we laughed...
