Eyes and LiesA Story by Alisa Js
I am almost certain those were eyes that peeked out
from behind the creeping slow vine
over there in the rock garden, around half past four it was cloudy that day, and I couldn't be sure if the shadows did lie or my eyes were playing tricks quiet foot monsters padded down disappointing red rings roaming somewhere in the back end of yes wondering how it changed to maybe, then no screaming silence gives endless repetition of what if's without sound trying against reason to make sense of nonsense of flat lined contact, I don't buy it when did this pathway become so obstructed cluttered with invisible shields how did these feelings plant themselves blocking our view reckless abandon while chasing wrong raindrops left us drenched under this menancing dark cloud so many hang-ups no messages and yet, I know it was you drama unheeded why don't you speak, truth... © 2015 Alisa JsReviews
