you bring to me
a hope for the future

I stumble and lose my way

my needs are few
my wants are huge...

tho' others may taunt and tease
it's never complete
this measure of relief you bring,
more than relief
a spark, a flame
igniting the fuel for more, 
only you 

how can this be, I ask myself
have my standards changed or simply evolved,
do you hold the key
is this what I see with each image unfolding 
pressed apart
and revealed ...

~~ ah... it's fascinating to experience the manner in which love humbles us and compels us to seek personal excellence... ~~ the rational slogger in me tends to think that how we love is who we are... ~~ and again... i think these are all the right questions to ask... even if their answers cannot be predicted... ~~ sometimes two human beings see the same answers in the answers they find... ~~ at other times, they part ways because of a difference of opinion... ~~ at still other times, they realize... years later... that the difference of opinion was the result of a delusion and hence not real at all... ~~ life is a maze... but amazing when we chance upon a fellow traveller who sees what we see when we see it and where we see it...

Alisa this sparked a divine image in my head of a star like our Sun in the seconds before its ignition - they must be such an eerie object as they 'wait' in space, on that one element/reaction to start a miraculous conflagration that goes on for a very long time (might as well be forever in terms of a human life - but funnily enough is just a blink in terms of the soul's existence).
