I just watched the documentary "Cutie and the Boxer" and this one reminds me of the method by which Shinohara (?) paints. He punches at the canvas with boxing gloves and black magic....his wife and her amazing patience...pissed off as she has lived in a loving place in his shadow, desperate for her own artistic recognition...a worthy painter herself. No doubt she will kill him in his sleep. Wild ....this new step and direction you have taken is refreshing and filled with all the wonderful skips that mental anguish creates in poetry. You are almost screaming too fast for the page so I say scream louder and well done!

I find it utterly fascinating sardonically speaking, how one can believe that someone is a friend and truly cares for years and years, only to realize at some later time, any true understanding must have been left at the door of perception.
And that's a shocker!! In every way as it removes any foundation once thought to be there.

:: ah... sometimes we have to let go... if we can't take it... :: love can sustain itself provided we nourish it with passion and compassion... the moment either begins to diminish, there's excessive pain... and it's hard to sustain one's momentum...
:: a very profound and also inspiring piece, sensitive alisa...

slipping out of the rain, getting rid of the stain...starting over with someone who actually gives us understanding ...real love...that makes us forget the anguish.

Yes, it does... and sometimes the stain can be from a toxic relationship that will never get better, no matter how hard you try, or want to believe.
There comes a time when we have to realize that 'it is what it is' and if it's not satisfactory, then it's time to move on.
