Looking around, she considered his question and came to the conclusion that life is all about perception at the end of the day. One man's trash; another man's treasure and all that.

:: ah... what an interesting and fascinating piece of writing... personally, i like to think of life as a series of moments... melting into each other... and forming something surreal and profound... a celebration of unique experiences perhaps... or an array of grief-stricken heartsongs... depending on which moment is currently unraveling... :P

My answer would be that all we really have is this moment, right now as each day we are given a gift, a
'present' if you will... yesterday is gone, never to return and tomorrow is not yet.
