MeaningsA Poem by Alisa Js
They poked at the same words, with the same sounds
even though to each of them, those same words meant something different. This caused great confusion inside the conversation shared. I listened from a distance As I always do, An observer of beings, I am If I say I've loved you for all time Is that a lie? Or is it true in my world, from my view Upon this lonely hill The crowd grew restless Pressed and squeezed, bursting now with consternation Not knowing what to expect next, suddenly everyone scattered Like popcorn in a thunderstorm What a sight to see Meanings Each and everyone of them... © 2013 Alisa JsReviews
