Prince Charming

i always loved fairytales

and i always believed them to be true.

i knew that princes were real

and that one day, one would find me.

i trusted in love

and the idea of happily ever after.

but i never believed

that someone as wonderful as you

could exist outside of my dreams. 

a traditional prince?

not a chance.

but i wouldn’t change a single thing about you.

the way your eyes search mine

the smile on your lips

the way you kiss my hand,

this is certainly my fairytale.

and undoubtedly you are my prince.

but it is so much more than a love story

with a happily ever after,

tiaras and glass slippers.

because you are real.

and you are mine.

and you are forever.

Haha awww! I'm going to send a read request for this to my boyfriend! I love the way you wrote it, but if I were you, I'd go back and fix the small amount of punctuational errors. The "I"'s shuld be capitalized, unless you purposefully wanted them to be lowercase...
